Licia Apartment is an independent one bedroom apartment located in Licia street, in the heart of the San Giovanni area, a few steps away form the adjoining areas of Monti and Celio.
It is located at the 6th floor,with elevator. The three windows with a south orientation make it very sunny and bright for the whole day. Refurbished with a modern design and taking care of the materials.

Licia Apartment is a few steps away from both the Metro Lines (Metro A San Giovanni is 800 mt away, Metro B Circo Massimo is reachable in 15 minutes walking). All the main attractions are easily reachable with shorts metro journey. Alternatively with a nice walk you can reach: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Baths of Caracalla, Saint John Lateran Basilica, the Ancient Appian Way.
